We contract with world class providers in over 180 countries. By visiting a contracted doctor or facility, we are able to arrange Direct Pay* so members can avoid having to pay up front for services.

*Please note: Direct Pay may not be available in every situation.
Note: when the Direct Pay option is not utilized, we reserve the right to coordinate with the insured’s primary insurance carrier on all of our TripProtector plan options.
You are free to use providers outside of our community. When you do so, please pay for outpatient services and submit a claim for reimbursement. Upon request, we will make a best effort to arrange Direct Pay with non-contracted facilities. If a non-contracted facility refuses to accept our payment, you may be required to pay for inpatient services and submit a claim.
